Cynthia has been with Hoover & Associates for over 10 years providing excellant Customer Service. She enjoys the personal contact with all of the clients. Prior to working for Randy, Cynthia worked for 6 years in Human Resources and Benefits for an automotive supplies company.

Cynthia has two sons, Scott and Eric, and three wonderful granddaughters, Chase, Chloe and Paige. Cynthia is an avid sports fan. She also enjoys reading mystery novels, watching new and old movies, and gardening.
