WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY GROUP HEALTH BENEFITS ARE UP FOR RENEWAL?

We are always looking out for your best interests, especially when it comes to your health benefits. When your benefits are up for renewal, we will gather alternative health plans from our many health partners and find the plan that fits both your health and financial needs. If your health plan rates increase, you don’t have to feel like you’re stuck. We’ll help you sort out your options.

HOW DO I FIX AN EMPLOYEE COVERAGE ISSUE?

That’s an important question. It is one of our priorities to make sure all of our employees' health plans are running smoothly. This means that you don’t have to take your problems directly to the carrier. We are a full-service agency and we will be able to be the point of contact for all of your employees. This allows us to remedy the situation for them while also taking some of the burden off of you.

HOW DO EMPLOYEES ENROLL IN GROUP COVERAGE?

We will make the process as simple for you as possible. Randy can come out to your office and present any new or changing plans to the employees and help them fill out the paperwork to enroll. He will then bring that paperwork back to the office for us to process. We follow the enrollments through to the billing process. Once we have confirmed they are on the coverage, we will update you. We will be with you every step along the way.

HOW DO I ENROLL IN AN INDIVIDUAL HEALTH PLAN?

We don’t only specialize in group health insurance. We can provide you with individual health quotes during individual open enrollment (typically, November 1st through December 15th) as well as when a client has a special enrollment period.
